Martinsville’s Trusted Funeral, Burial & Cremation Provider Since 1974!

"Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home understands the special care families need during their time of loss. Our staff takes personal pride in providing services in comfortable surroundings without high-pressure sales. We care on a personal level, not because it's our business, but because it's our way of life." — S. T. Fulcher Jr., Funeral Home Manager
Of the many arrangements made after losing a loved one, the first is the selection of a funeral home. Our staff can help create a beautiful tribute and provide guidance and suggestions on the many decisions made when planning a funeral, cremation, memorial, celebration of life, and/or burial service.
We take pride in meeting the specific, and sometimes unique, needs of each and every family. Please use our website to learn about the funeral, cremation and permanent memorialization services we offer, as well as our pre-planning and grief support resources.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at anytime. We are here to help you!

About Us
We Honor Veterans Community Partner

As a We Honor Veterans Community Partner, Roselawn Chapel Funeral Home is committed to providing quality services to veterans and their families and to expanding community awareness of the unique needs of veterans and benefits available to them. We will strive to always do our best to ensure that happens.

We Honor Veterans is a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to help improve the care Veterans receive.

Originally designed for hospice providers, We Honor Veterans extended its partner opportunities to other community-based health care organizations, such as funeral homes, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and home health agencies.

We provide our families with an open door policy. Please feel free to contact us 24 hours a day.

Strother Fulcher navigated us through the worst event of my life with the utmost integrity and compassion. My mother's last wishes were not for a conventional funeral, but he respected every request we made without making us ever feel the least discomfort for making our requests. I am sorry to have had to meet Mr. Fulcher under these circumstances, but I feel privileged to know him and would like to thank him for making this experience as comfortable as humanly possible.
