Estelle Nicey Coe Lewis, age 91, of Martinsville, passed away on February 19, 2017 at the Martinsville Health & Rehab. She was born in Surry County, NC to the late Houston F. Coe and Vertie Mae Holder Coe on September 13, 1925. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Elmer Lewis, her brother, Johnny Coe, and her sister, Alice Stone.

She had been a homemaker, babysat children and had worked for American-(Redd Level) for over ten years. She was the oldest member of Valley Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church.

She is survived by her son, Wayne (Margie) Lewis of Axton, her daughters, Shirley (Wayne) Johnston of Martinsville, Jackie (Gratton) Davis of Bassett, and Cathy Lewis Wallace of Fieldale, seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

Her graveside funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at the Roselawn Burial Park with Pastors Jody Pollard and Michael Jordan officiating the service. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 from 6-8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Roselawn Funeral Home.

The family would like to express special thanks to Martinsville Health & Rehab and Mountain Valley Hospice.
